I actually hire people from indeed. I will occasionally text to set up an interview. But my primary focus is actually calling them. I find going to the indeed site to contact via message or email a pain. It's much swifter/ easier to get in direct contact. But as an employer; if that is the exact text they sent you. It is very poorly written.

Yes. I got my last 3 jobs on Indeed. 200 applications is my average per job landed. I got a bunch of jobs on indeed I got like over 20 jobs in last two years but the current job I’m at, I got that job from going into indeed, clicking the company link they provided there and boom got the job. 28 de nov. de 2021 · Indeed is just a glorified parasite of a website and most of the jobs you find on there are false doors. Indeed works by scraping hundreds or thousands of other websites for real job postings, and recreates the information as a new job in its own format. An overwhelming majority of jobs posted here are clones. Applying to these cloned jobs does ...

Don't worry, we've let employers know about this scoring change. They're aware that Proficient is the highest rating on any given assessment." Reply reply.

A lot of times, employers are not aware that by closing out their listing on the Indeed platform without taking any further actions through the platform that every applicant gets the "Not selected by employer" message. Beware of Realistic Indeed Scams. Job searching. I almost fell for a scam today. Last week I applied for a remote job via a post on indeed. The employer listed was a real company that I researched before applying. I received a text yesterday saying they would like to proceed with an online interview to further screen applicants.
EDITED: I heard from Indeed support and we will still be able to manually search! Not sure, I hope not. But that would show a total disconnect from a large portion of their userbase: recruitment agencies or large companies who benefit from proactive pipelining and making proactive connections in their field or local community.
25 de nov. de 2020 · Exactly this. Not sure by swear by, but you should consider all outlets for jobs including Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, Glassdoor, etc. Also, depending on how desperate you are, Craigslist isn’t necessarily a terrible place to look for a job despite how sketchy it is. I got my first job through Craigslist; you can ask how that went if you want.
I actually do resume reviews for Indeed. It’s basically the DoorDash of career services. We’re expected to do three reviews per hour, earning $10 per review as a contractor. There is a setup where you’re at a $30/hr rate, but still expected to ramp up to three per hour. I have not completed a review in under 40 minutes.
