Open the Wireless window, select wlan1 interface, and click on the enable button; Double-click on the wireless interface to open the configuration dialog; In the configuration dialog click on the Wireless tab and click the Advanced mode button on the right side.
To configure an interface, double-click it's name, and the config window will appear. To set the device as an AP, choose " ap bridge " mode. You can also set other things, like the desired band, frequency, SSID (the AP identifier) and the security profile.
