William Joseph Nardini (born 1969) [1] is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit . Early life and career Nardini earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University.

Government degree in 1990. He then studied comparative government for a year at the University of Rome " La Sapienza " in Italy on a Rotary Fellowship.
