Eunice Cheryl Lee (born 1970) is an American lawyer who serves as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Born in West Germany, she attended Ohio State University and Yale Law School.
Eunice C. Lee was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in August 2021. Judge Lee received her B.A., summa cum laude, in 1993 from The Ohio State University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. in 1996 from Yale Law School.
