Morris Sheppard Arnold (born October 8, 1941) is a Senior United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and previously was a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Morris Sheppard Arnold is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. He joined the court in 1992 after being nominated by President George H.W. Bush. Prior to his appointment, he served on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas after a nomination by Ronald Reagan in 1985.
