Gonville & Caius College Choir is a mixed choir of 24 male and female voices. It is one of the UK’s leading collegiate choirs, with an international reputation for performances of exceptional quality but also for innovative and adventurous recordings.
From 2015-2020 he was Director of Music at Keble College, Oxford and Artistic Director of the Keble Early Music Festival. He has led the choir at Caius in a number of BBC broadcasts and concert tours, and their most recent recording (Motets by Peter Philips and Richard Dering) is due for release in May 2023 on the Linn Records label.
The fourth oldest College in the University of Cambridge, Gonville and Caius (now more frequently known as ‘Caius’––pronounced ‘keys’) was originally founded in 1348 by Edmund Gonville, Rector of Terrington St. Clement, Norfolk.
