Debra Ann Livingston (born April 15, 1959) is an American lawyer who serves as the Chief United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Judge Livingston is a United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit since 2007 and became Chief Judge in 2020. She has a distinguished academic and legal career, teaching at Princeton, Harvard, and Columbia, and serving as a law clerk, prosecutor, and professor.
