Edward Richard William Stanley, 19th Earl of Derby, DL (born 10 October 1962) is a British hereditary peer and landowner. He was a member of the House of Lords from 1994 to 1999.

Edward Henry Stanley, 15th Earl of Derby, KG, PC, FRS (21 July 1826 – 21 April 1893; known as Lord Stanley from 1851 to 1869) was a British statesman. He served as Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs twice, from 1866 to 1868 and from 1874 to 1878, and also twice as Colonial Secretary in 1858 and from 1882 to 1885.
Edward Stanley, the 19th and present Earl of Derby was born in 1962. Edward inherited the title and estate in 1994 from his uncle and is married to the Honourable Caroline Emma Neville, daughter of the late Lord Braybrooke.
