Theodor Heuss ( Brackenheim, 31 de janeiro de 1884 — Estugarda, 12 de dezembro de 1963) foi um político e jornalista alemão. Foi o primeiro Presidente da República Federal da Alemanha no pós-guerra entre 13 de setembro de 1949 e 12 de setembro de 1959.

Theodor Heuss (* 31. Januar 1884 in Brackenheim; † 12. Dezember 1963 in Stuttgart) war ein deutscher Journalist, Publizist, Politikwissenschaftler und, über einen Zeitraum von fast 60 Jahren, liberaler Politiker ( NSV, FVg, FVP, DDP, FDP / DVP ). Nach Gründung der FDP 1948 war er für knapp ein Jahr deren Vorsitzender.
Theodor Heuss (born Jan. 31, 1884, Brackenheim, Ger.—died Dec. 12, 1963, Stuttgart, W.Ger.) was a liberal democratic legislator, the first president of West Germany, author, and leader of the Free Democratic Party (Freie Demokratische Partei, FDP). He also helped draft a new constitution for postwar West Germany.
