Robert Edwin Bacharach (born May 20, 1959) is a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Robert Edwin Bacharach is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. He joined the court in 2013 after a nomination from President Barack Obama. At the time of his nomination, he was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
