  1. Joseph Frank Bianco (born September 11, 1966) is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He was formerly a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York .

Judge Bianco obtained his B.A., magna cum laude , at Georgetown University in 1988 and received his law degree in 1991 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Kent Scholar and a member of the Law Review.
