15 de mar. de 2022 · Fiz os testes e esta baixando normalmente, aperta Win+R e digita o comando wsreset e aperta Enter, aguarda os procedimentos de limpeza do cache da Microsoft Store, reinicia o computador e faz os testes. Obrigado por seus comentários. Isso nos ajuda a melhorar o site. Recebo como resposta que o arquivo não tem um aplicativo associado a ele.

21 de ago. de 2021 · It's not the video card or its drivers (which are the latest already, BTW). This worked fine until a few days ago. It still works fine for all streaming services except Primevideo. It also works fine on other browsers, including Chrome which runs on the same Chromium engine as Edge.

Amazon Prime Video App no longer working on Xbox One. Within the last several days my Prime Video app stopped working. I've since uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. However, since reinstalling (even if I wait several hours before clicking on the app to launch it) all it does is pop up the "Getting your app ready.
6 de jul. de 2020 · Try checking your display settings to ensure all monitors have the same number such as 100% for the menu that says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items". This should be configured on the person who's seeing black screen. Hope this helps.
9 de jun. de 2023 · No details on Microsoft Store. Under settings/apps, Prime video app is grayed out. I uninstalled it. I restarted the PC. I signed in to Microsoft store. When I try to download the app, nothing happens except a little arrow going round and round in a circle. Harassment is any behavior intended to disturb or upset a person or group of people.
