Hello, I want to know what are your experiences with MT support in the past months. I have been chasing them for months to fix a bug in v7 Hotspot and they were replying after a long time with "Give us more info", "Update the router", just to say "We don't see any issue"! even though I explained the problem to them numerous times even with video recordings.
