22 de nov. de 2021 · iTunes - Version 12.10.9.3 - unable to sign in or purchase Hi there. Latest version of iTunes for Windows. I am currently unable to sign in or make any purchases in the iTunes program. I click "Sign In" under Account and nothing happens, normally would prompt to login with my Apple ID but nothing happens, no pop up.
19 de ago. de 2022 · I no longer have/remember my old email or log-in that was associated with my iPod iTunes account (early 2000's?). I'd like to be able to retrieve this information so I can back up my iPhone to it. Obviously my new apple id/log-in is tied to my current iPhone and is different from the old iTunes one.
3 de jan. de 2022 · If you're using a PC, make sure that it has Windows 8 or later, and that iTunes is installed. You also need the cable that came with your iPhone, or another compatible cable, to connect your iPhone to the computer.
2 de out. de 2021 · Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! We'd be happy to provide some info and a resource on how to sign into your Apple ID in the iTunes and App Store. On your iPad, you'll want to make sure you're signed in under Settings. At the top you should see your name if your signed or see "Sign into your iPhone" if you're not.

23 de set. de 2015 · So I went looking for it and found C:\Users\All Users\Apple Computer\iTunes\adi. Deleting this folder solved my problem. I hope this information helps others with a similar problem.
15 de fev. de 2015 · Tegan Victoria's solution seemed to work for me. However, I think that maybe a program called "C cleaner", which I use to remove junk files and such, is the cause of this iTunes problem. Since iTunes is a computer program/application, it is C cleaner job's to "clean" saved passwords and temporary files. This is an on/off option, of course.

11 de fev. de 2019 · Now, today I purchased a item on the Apple website and used my apple ID to buy it. Now, when I try to login to my Apple ID, it will ask me to provide my two factor authentication or confirm my phone number. The main problem is that I no longer remember this phone number nor do I have any Apple devices that have been logged on with my apple id.
3 de fev. de 2021 · ITunes login I’m trying to download an app/game on the store but it keeps saying, “Apple I.d. Has not yet been used in the iTunes Store yet” I tried signing in when prompted with this but still can’t get it to work.
