10 de jul. de 2018 · Since this said that one or more users installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store, maybe you should take it to PowerShell to see if the package exists for all users. Right-click the Start button and click "Windows PowerShell (Admin)" in the menu. Enter the following command in the new PowerShell window: Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers *iTunes*

It is a while ago now but I think the reason I installed the old version was because my iTunes got upgraded and my phone was no longer recognised by Windows plus I do use iTunes to copy information between apps on my phone and windows PC and this legacy version is the last one that still does this.

Select the Advanced Options link under the iTunes app. 4). Select Repair if it's available. If it isn't available or doesn't fix the problem, select Reset.
