I'm sorry you are experiencing issues downloading this app. The HBO Max was discontinued and replaced by the new "Max" app. To clarify, have you already tried looking for the new app on your console's Microsoft Store? Does it also come up as unavailable?

I don't know why this is happening. HBO Max won't open up when I click on it. The message that pops up is "Getting your app ready." but it pops up for like half a second and then disappears and goes over and over. It was working last week but now has trouble opening up. I've left it going for a while for it to eventually open but it doesn't.

I already cleared the cache, the cookies, I repaired the browser and I also cleared the history, I still can't see hbo in microsoft edge. Please help I would appreciate
