Corporate Governance. Richard N. Barton (age 56) is our co-founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer since February 2019. Mr. Barton has been a member of our Board since inception in December 2004, served as Chief Executive Officer from inception until September 2010, and served as Executive Chairman from September 2010 to February 2019.
My guests today are Rich Barton and Brad Gerstner. Brad is the founder of Altimeter Capital and is one of my favorite active investors. Brad and Altimeter were one of the largest investors in Snowflake in its earlier days and continue to invest in iconic modern businesses with an extreme focus.
