Sunny Balwani (born Ramesh Balwani) is a businessman who was convicted of fraud for his role in Theranos, a health technology company founded by his ex-girlfriend Elizabeth Holmes. He was sentenced to 12 years and 11 months in prison in 2023 and ordered to pay $452 million to the victims of the fraud.
