For more than 100 years, the Conservatory at Capital University has been preparing students for a wide range of music careers. So, whether you aspire to be a performer, conductor, a music business entrepreneur, or an educator to a new generation of musicians, you’ll find a home at the Conservatory.
Open to children ages 4-18 from Central Ohio, our choir welcomes singers of all skill levels. This is the perfect place for kids to grow musically, gain confidence, create lasting friendships, and experience the thrill of performance and the pride of achievement.

Unlike other schools in Columbus, we offer free recitals and other performance opportunities! Our recitals are low pressure, fun, and completely free, and are a wonderful way for students to build confidence and to show off their hard work.
Through our Level Up Motivational Program, our students climb from Levels 1 through 10, earning certificates, medals, and other accolades. Think of this as a martial arts black belt program, but for music lessons! We understand that sometimes life happens and schedules change, so we don’t have any binding, long-term contracts. We only require a 30 day notice to stop lessons.

Welcome to the Columbus Music and Art Academy, which offers the renowned Columbus International Children's Choir, engaging art classes, and thorough music theory courses to K-12 students in Greater Columbus, Ohio. We are also the proud hosts of the Central Ohio Singing Competition.
