Amy Hood is an American business executive and the first female CFO of Microsoft. She joined Microsoft in 2002 and has held various positions in investor relations, strategy and business development. She also worked at Goldman Sachs and helped orchestrate over 57 deals, including the $7.5 billion acquisition of GitHub in 2018.
