7 de jan. de 2019 · Hmm, you can not download on App Store. Import photos using 3uTools, 3uTools will automatically install it on your device. That is the same problem I have, you can not find PicTools on the app store, so how can I use 3uTools to import photos?

5 de jan. de 2019 · I've been downloading this 12.1.2 firmware for 2 days now and the last time I checked the download status, it says on the queue. I had to cancel that download and try restarting, but it is still saying on the queue.
