1 de out. de 2024 · Not sure how to configure an other email client as I don't use those. Is it redirecting to the correct address? If it's a false positive you folks may want to send a message to Nord as it's a little disconcerting lol.

15 de nov. de 2018 · Please note, for email address maintenance we do need to confirm a few things with the account holder for security reasons, so if the account is in a different name, you will need to have the account holder contact us to resolve it. Thanks!

2 de mar. de 2020 · I tried restarting my laptop, trying it on a desktop, changing browsers, attaching different Excel sheets, attaching Word docs, creating a new simple Excel spreadsheet to attach, created a new email to attach to, using an existing message to attach to, tried to attach to a previous message that had attachments already - nothing made any difference.
