12 de dez. de 2023 · Re: BT 'yahoo' mail issue. As per @chrisjp post I would suggest that you first try clearing your browser's history and cookies. While this won't help with the BTMail app it will hopefully allow you to log onto your email account and will rule out or in any problem with the email account. 0 Ratings. Reply.

19 de fev. de 2024 · Re: New BT Email - Can't log out. if using edge have you tried settings then microsoft wallet then password and see if your browser has saved your mail login hence why when you access you are immediately logged in.
