9 de jun. de 2021 · Can't register after factory reset. Hello. I've been using my Fire tablet for years with no issues. I reset it to factory setting today and it will not accept my e-mail and password. When i click the "forgot password" button it says "we're sorry, we weren't able to identify you given the information provided".

If you copied/restored the app from the Apple cloud/backup, you will need to uninstall the app, restart, then download and install from the Apple app store.
Has anyone encountered an error that says “There was a problem, we cannot find an account with that email address” ? when logging in to seller central? I tried password reset, but it says “We’re sorry. We weren’t able to identify you given the information provided”.

There could be three possible reasons: Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again. But I am sure my information is correct. Except for "Place of Birth"....it is a dropdown of countries. But in my application "Place of Birth" is a town/city.
20 de nov. de 2015 · 0. Please, try download current and new Office 2016 Deployment Tool for Click-to-Run from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49117. There was a bug when SourcePath was not used and content was always downloaded from Internet.
It only shows Facebook, Amazon and Apple and then require me to input a password which I do not have as it is linked to my Google account. I've tried my google password and forgetting my password (this just states "There was a problem We're sorry. We weren't able to identify you given the information provided.")
