6 de mai. de 2024 · gardens Highgrove. What a brilliant day we had visiting the gardens of their Majesties at Highgrove on May 1st 2024. The weather was kind to us and we walked round the gardens, without a drop of rain. We had a knowledgeable and brilliant guide who told us so much about how the gardens were created.

There are seven areas of the garden divided up into the Kitchen Garden, The Arboretum, The Stumpery, Cottage Garden. Sundial Garden, Thyme Walk and the Wildflower Meadow.

Há 6 dias · Soon we were off, where we were enthralled by the sheer scale of the gardens, the variety of plants and the high standards of maintenance everywhere. Our knowledgeable guide discussed several points of interest and talked about the organic ethos at Highgrove over the past 40+ years.
