The Trinity College Law Review (TCLR) is Ireland’s leading student-edited law journal. The Review is published on an annual basis, serving mainly students and the academy by providing a forum for the publication of original legal research of the highest quality.
The Trinity College Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume XXVII of the print edition and the TCLR Online, our online companion to the print edition. The Editorial Board accepts papers in English, French, German or Irish.
What is a Case Note? A case note is a summary and analysis of a single case, as opposed to an article, which examines an area of law. A case note should outline the facts of the case, as well as its ratio decedendi, and also provide a critical analysis of the decision.

The series publishes open access working papers, pre-prints and post-prints across all areas of legal research, authored by members of the Law School or presented at workshops, seminars and conferences convened by the Law School.
