Booking a timeslot is not required for Big Bus. Simply show your ticket within 90 days from the day you visit the London Eye.
Tickets for the London Eye can be pre-booked on our website or purchased on the day in our ticket office located inside County Hall. We strongly recommend pre-booking your tickets in advance to guarantee entry. To see a full range of tickets and prices available please click here.
The London Eye is situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. The ticket office is located inside County Hall, which is the building directly next to the London Eye.
Conceived and designed by Marks Barfield Architects. One rotation on the London Eye will take around 30 minutes.

The London Eye is open daily except for Christmas Day (25th December) and during our annual maintenance period. The first rotation time is as listed on our opening hours for your specific visit date. Closing times below refer to the time of the last rotation.
Access Booking Portal: You can change your ticket dates through the booking portal mentioned in your e-ticket. Rescheduling Window: You can reschedule your visit for a like-for-like date within 90 days of the original visit, up to 3 times.
