If you’re the kind of student who’d like to spend your summer learning as much hands-on math, science, and engineering as you can, you might be a good fit for MIT! So here is an (incomplete) list of summer programs that MIT students have found enriching and fun.
Join MITES Summer (formerly MITES) for our six-week, on-campus program that immerses students from across the country in life at MIT. You’ll take five rigorous, rewarding math, science, and humanities courses—and discover all you can achieve.

Eligibility requirements. MITES Semester and MITES Summer are open to students across the U.S. All students must be: Enrolled in 11th grade in any school setting, including public, private, and homeschool. A U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident. MITES Saturdays is open to local middle and high school students who at the time of application:
