After that, you can re-order your addons via dragging and dropping which will change the order of your catalogs on your home screen - including the Cinemeta default catalogs (Featured/Popular - Series/Movie catalogs).

I don't like a lot of clutter, and recently trimmed down my addons to focus in on just what I find to be important or useful. I'm not a regular IPTV user personally, but they way I understand it is that you plug in the M3U URL for your paid/free IPTV subscription, and the addon brings all the available content into your Stremio! As usual, the public instance is free with a rate-limit suitable to general use, and hosted instances are available with higher rate-limits.
