6 de jan. de 2018 · This is not a bug and this has not changed recently. There has never been an option to download your songs library on the desktop client. The option is only available on the mobile apps on Android and iOS. I'm not sure why this feature does not exist yet. However, you can vote for the idea here:
5 de mai. de 2018 · I'm having trouble with this and nothing is working. My mobile and PC are on the same network and I have imported the files to my PC (mp3 format). I can now listen to the files on my PC. I then put the files into a playlist and changed it's name to 'imported'. When I go to my mobile, I can see the same playlist and hit download but nothing happens.

THREE QUESTIONS: 1) VERY IMPORTANT: Is there any way to IDENTIFY which songs are actually stored in a given SPOTIFY file??? 15 de set. de 2016 · Despite this, it is still perfctly possible to download local files to a mobile device. Any issues are normally down to communication issues so here's a list of things to check if local files won't download. Your PC and mobile must be connected to the same Network/SSID and spotify should be running on your PC.

In the current country I am now, I cannot login properly: open the page "Spotify is not currently abailable in your country". My subscription is the family-one, from the whole other country.
21 de mar. de 2024 · Whenever I’m working, Spotify is always running in the background. I keep jumping from track to track and this means I keep switching between windows. If I have to adjust volume or change the Repeat mode, for example, I need to switch to the Spotify window.

Since I have a good internet connection, I'd rather just stream the songs instead of downloading them when adding to library. Is there a way to disable song downloading on my PC, but still enable it on my mobile phone?
I cannot download music on my Mac. I'm the account owner. When I click the download button I get the message: "Unlock downloads and other features with Premium", yet I am Premium. I'm definitely logged into the correct account in the Spotify app because when I navigation to my Account from the dropdown in the top right it takes me to my account.
