Laparoscopic hysterectomy. This involves removing the womb and fallopian tubes and/or ovaries, if needed, through a small cut in your abdomen. Your surgeon will make 2–3 small cuts into your abdomen, through which a tube-like camera (laparoscope) will be passed so they can see your womb.
