The Slithering Eels is a Hardmode spell tome that is dropped by Acid Eels after defeating the Aquatic Scourge. When used, it fires slithering acid eels that roughly follow the cursor around, trailing acid droplets up to five times before it disappears.

The Slithering Eels is a very powerful weapon that follows your cursor, making it relatively easy to use. The Ion Blaster is a very powerful choice throughout the whole fight due to its high fire rate and damage but be aware its damage will decrease as your mana decreases.

i've opened like 70+ abyssal crates and i cannot get the fucking Slithering Eels spell for Eternity. supposedly its supposed to be a 10% chance post tier 2 acid rain from abyssal crates, which I am far past by now.
I currently have a set of hallowed armour, pixie wings, terraspark boots, magic cuffs, and my weapon of choice is frigid flashbolt. I tried to kill the aquatic scourge to get slithering eels to help with destroyer, but I've only gotten really close before its spam projectiles ended that.
