1 de mai. de 2020 · Paid Scribd account Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Phase I : Extract. Start by logging into your Scribd account and downloading a book to your mobile device. As the named feature implies, you cannot do this from a macOS or Windows based laptop.
If that's the catch, it's a pretty good one. Audible has pretty much everything as far as I can tell, but Scribd has an impressive selection. They have tons of books I've either wanted to read, or would have read at the price I'm getting for it. I haven't experienced the limits of the selection yet, but I'm only getting started.
11 de jan. de 2015 · I hated the fact that scribd blurs out content of free previews in their documents, so I figured out a way around it. Note: this "hack" applies to scribd documents, but not their subscription books/audiobooks (that I know of). Fortunately, many textbooks can be found as documents.

27 de jan. de 2022 · Yes, there are entire books in the documents section but almost all of those are freely available with a Google search. It's the book section library that has a ton of paywalled content that can't be found elsewhere, and that is what most people are trying to get access to on Scribd.
13 de out. de 2019 · First of all, Scribd is not like Audible or other sites where you use credits to purchase the books through a subscription model. For example, Audible costs $14.95 per month and for that you get one credit for any book you want and an Audible exclusive. So essentially you'll get probably one book you actually want for $14.95, yours to keep forever.
28 de ago. de 2020 · I've never had an issue with Scribd, and I've been using them for about 4 years, not continuously. As long as I remember to stop things at least 24 hours ahead of the payment, they've never taken it out. As to paying for a full year, your friend failed to read the screen. The free 30 days is real, but again, cancel if you don't plan to keep it.
21 de mar. de 2024 · I have been intending to start Everand (which includes scribd). First 30 days are free, then I would start paying. My question is this: if I have downloaded a number of books (let’s say 30 books) and I ultimately stop my subscription, do I still have access to all the books (and lists made) during the period of subscription.
4 de jul. de 2022 · I use audible. I enjoy audible. I was considering scribd, however, the not owning the book of I suspend my account was the deal breaker. However in your case, I'd go with Scribd since you buy the hardbound afterwards anyway. I don't have much physical space for real books, so I'd prefer to keep digital copies.
