We work closely with the Brookes Active programme to ensure there are opportunities for all students to get active while at Oxford Brookes University. For the 2022-23 academic year, we had over 2,200 registered TEAMBrookes student-athletes, across 36 different sports clubs (1,400 in 2019-20).

We welcome athletes of all abilities with opportunities to join for fun, stay fit or to compete for TEAMBrookes. The team enters a wide range of local and national competitions each year, including the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) Cross Country, Indoors and Outdoors Nationals.

In addition to our sporting facilities, we also have other spaces that can be booked for sporting, corporate or social events. Information about Brookes Sport facilities, including gyms and group classes, climbing, swimming, rowing, pitches and courts.
Supporting Performance. At TEAMBrookes, our mission is to empower and support our high-performing student-athletes so they can perform at the highest level. We provide a collaborative approach to support our student-athletes, bringing together a team of experienced professionals:
