11 de fev. de 2019 · So you're not in the right forum since this forum is for Outlook for Mac (the app), but it's OK. MS accounts are a notorious pain to use in a web browser. As you've found out, switching from one to the next is a challenging task. To work around the issue, I use Private navigation.
30 de set. de 2024 · Meanwhile, my Email login and Microsoft account login works perfectly fine using the old authenticator on my old phone. I just can't "move" those account from the Microsoft Authenticator on my old phone to the Microsoft Authentictor on my new phone. This is bizarre.

Account Locked: To unlock your account, log in to obtain a security code, which you can request using any phone number. The phone number doesn't need to be associated with your account. In New outlook they appear under the email that they are shared with.
