The OSCO is responsible for the maintenance, care and operation of the buildings, grounds and security enhancements of the U.S. Capitol Police and more. The Architect of the Capitol is both the name of the U.S. legislative branch agency responsible for the maintenance of the Capitol campus and the title for the leader of the agency.
