We are retired and spent three weeks on the South Island two years ago and loved it. We are currently planning to spend three weeks on the North Island and one week in Rarotonga.

We will have just come off a cruise.Starting in Auckland, after a two night stay post cruise, we would like to stay 1 night in coromandel, 3 nights rotorua/taupo area, 2 nights turangi, and 4 nights at paiha and then back to Auckland.
