16 de jul. de 2024 · I have win 10 and I downloaded Netflix app from MS Store.There is no download option. I know that there r some movies don't have download option. But there is no download option below any of the movie. But if i try to download on my mobile everything is fine. My subscription allow to download on 2 devices including laptop.

3 de ago. de 2024 · I have a Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10 Pro. For 6 years I have had netflix and have been able to download content to watch offline while travelling without internet - The last being June 27, 2024. Today Aug 2, I noticed a new app was installed and the download function is no longer available.
This happened to me too, this happened when I switched to using a Microsoft Account. To fix this go to the Store, right-click to get the "home" and "your apps" choices and hit the "your apps" button. From the drop-down menu select "all apps", then mark the Netflix-app (or whichever app you had an issue with), and click install.
26 de jul. de 2024 · I just purchased a PC and started downloading apps. The apps work fine and play shows. However, there is no option to download a show or movie. It is the same across multiple apps and all movies and shows I hace clicked on. It seems an issue with the computer not the app. Thanks!
O que se deve levar em consideração, é a resolução utilizada para ver o conteúdo da Netflix, no qual, dependendo do tipo de hardware utilizado, podem haver certas dificuldades. Por exemplo, ver conteúdo em 4K necessita de um hardware (tela, processador e Windows atualizado) que lhe possibilite o uso da melhor experiência, pois, do contrário poderá ter dificuldades.
Try launching Netflix to see if it launches. If not... Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot Scroll down to the bottom Click Windows Store Apps Click Run the troubleshooter When complete try opening the Store again. Also check if the Store works in another user account.
