To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Android phone or tablet. iPhone or iPad. Amazon Fire tablet. Google Chromebook. Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.
9 de out. de 2020 · Hey, I've been trying to download the Netflix app from the Microsoft store for a few hours now with no luck. I am able to download other apps such as Hulu and Games. I click get on Netflix and it doesn't do anything. I don't have it currently installed so I can't uninstall.
1 de jan. de 2023 · I just bought the Surface Pro 9 last week. Netflix works fine on a browser. No VPN. Already fully updated Windows. Per Netflix this is an on going issue with no fix. So seems the Surface Pro 9 may not currently work with Netflix.
7 de jan. de 2022 · However, I had also reached out to the Lenovo community, and they pointed out an AMD driver released in mid-2020 that had to be manually updated on the machine. After doing so, Netflix seems to be now working well. All the best :)

Try launching Netflix to see if it launches. If not... Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot Scroll down to the bottom Click Windows Store Apps Click Run the troubleshooter When complete try opening the Store again. Also check if the Store works in another user account.
20 de jul. de 2021 · I know for sure this happens with mkv files, i'll have to check if it's the case with Netflix too. As for the NVidia drivers, i always update them via the NVidia GeForce Experience application. By the way, the Ctrl + Alt + Shift + D key combination to bring out Netflix debug information does not seem to work in Edge.
