This would explain why, when you tried to sign into your Microsoft account, it told you it didn't exist. Creating a new account with the same username creates a new Microsoft account with a new Xbox account attached to it.

Há 6 dias · Only when I remove my profile from FSLogix and login with a clean profile (no profile) it rebuilds the profile from scratch and then the new Teams is able to start up. I really have no clues anymore on how/what to configure. I even have used the GPO FSLogix [ see attached screenshot ] but that doesn't seem to work either:
Há 5 dias · First I use my work account to schedule the microsoft AZ-900 exam and after the result got declared, I signed up in the Microsoft learn with the same email id. now when i try to add certification profile to this learn profile, I'm getting redirected to the same page after signing in and the certification account is also not added.

I previously used Outlook through nhs.net but I have retired from the health service and I want to remove the traces of that ID. At present, when I open e.g. Word on my laptop, I try to sign in with my email but I get a message saying that ID is not recognised.
