You'll need to download the game itself, and a BIOS for your PSX emulator. The links are below:

Can be done on any Android version. Any zip unpacker ( file manager ) should be able to unpack .zip file. Follow the steps below:
1.Download the English patch of the game with this link: https://archive.org/download/lsd-post-patched/LSD%20Post%20Patched.zip. Alternative download link is available here.
2.Downloading of a zip archive with a .bin file of the game inside of it should start automatically. Use the alternative link if you face any problems with downloading.
3.Create a folder called " LSD " in your device's internal memory.
4.Find a downloaded .zip file in your Downloads folder.
5.Unpack the .bin and .cue files into the " LSD " folder you just created.
