Julian Lloyd Webber OBE (born 14 April 1951) is a British solo cellist, conductor and broadcaster, a former principal of Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and the founder of the In Harmony music education programme.

Biografia. Julian é o segundo filho do compositor William Lloyd Webber e irmão mais novo de Andrew Lloyd Webber. Julian estudou na Faculdade de Música Real, em Londres e completou seus estudos com Pierre Fournier em Gênova em 1973.
