1 de set. de 2019 · Level 1. 4 points. Restoring iPod Touch 7. My daughter lost her iPod Touch a few years ago. She recently found it but forgot the password and it is now disabled. Since she lost it, I had to deauthorize it and I changed my Apple ID. The computer will recognize the device if I log into iTunes from the device, but I can't because it's disabled.
