15 de jun. de 2023 · So frustrating. I have no problem logging into HBO Max through my web browser, how is there not a way to link the account to my roku device while I'm actively logged in. I just bought a new roku Express 4k+ device, but I was watching HBO Max on my old roku device not 2 hours ago (replacing because old device was very slow and crashed frequently).
23 de mai. de 2023 · The transition from HBO MAX to MAX did not work for me. I tried to connect through provider. I went through the steps, but the app never moved past the screen that gave the number to enter on the website. I tried to enter the user name and password. After I did this, the MAX channel exited. Now, I can no longer launch the MAX channel.
24 de mai. de 2023 · Cannot log in to Max (formerly HBO Max) via Roku app anymore. TV screen says to "update" to Max but there's no QR code to scan or any way to login to Max from the TV. I canceled the HBO Max subscription that I was getting from Roku and then signed up for Max directly through their website. Still cannot login to Max app from TV via Roku.
30 de out. de 2024 · We did this and have been streaming our HBO Max content, via this fashion, since the rebranding from HBO Go/HBO Now to HBO Max and to Max. This stopped functioning, properly, on around Wednesday, October 30, 2024 and has never worked, properly, since, preventing our family from streaming our paid HBO Max content, via our Roku streaming players.
24 de jan. de 2024 · In addition to what @atc98092 provided above, we suggest reaching out to the channel providers themselves, in this case, Max's customer support, and let them know you'd like their app (HBO Go) on the Roku streaming platform as they are the one who provided, maintained, and updated their app on the platform.
6 de nov. de 2024 · I can't log into max on any of my ROKU devices. I have the max on my phone and 2 firesticks. They all work fine and I can log in and out of them like normal. When I try to login to max on my Roku devices, at first it seams ti work fine. As soon as you click on a show to watch it says you have to sign into your provider.
16 de ago. de 2024 · Hello, My stepson logged into his father's Max app account. All profiles are locked. How do I log out of that account so that I can log back into mine? Or is a factory reset (last resort) in my future? Thank you, Jeremy
4 de fev. de 2024 · How to get HBO Max customer service on the phone The phone number for HBO Max customer service is (855) 942-6669. This isn't actually listed anywhere on HBO Max's website. However, that number is listed on Xfinity's, and I was able to confirm it by calling it myself.
25 de mai. de 2023 · HBO MAX new app will not let me past signin page. Selecting signin via provider path I have been able to take this path and log into my provider successfully multiple times and it says roku screen will refresh but all it does is go back to signin page on MAX app. Tried removing app and reinstalled but that didn't help.
