When you arrive in the emergency department (ED), you will be seen by our triage nurse and our registration staff. The triage nurse will ask you why you are here, take your vital signs and medical history, and assign a level of care. More critical patients will need to be seen first.
While in the ED, our physicians and staff may perform further screenings and tests in order to determine your plan of care.
