It was founded in 1440 by Henry VI under the name Kynge's College of Our Ladye of Eton besyde Windesore, [4] [5] making it the 18th-oldest school in the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference (HMC).

Há 3 dias · The exhibition included an eclectic mix of 28 watercolours, drawings and oil paintings by artists including J.M.W. Turner (1775–1851), J.R. Cozens (1752–1797), David Cox Snr (1783–1859) and Peter de Wint (1784–1849). The collection was bequeathed to the College by Old Etonian Richard Amis, who attended the school from 1945 to 1950.
