Biografia. Arthur Wellesley nasceu com o título de Conde de Mornington, na casa de repouso Princesa Christian, em Windsor, Berkshire. Ele tem três irmãos menores e uma irmã caçula. [ 1] O Duque foi educado em Eton College e mais tarde em Christ Church, na Universidade de Oxford. [ 2]
