O DirectX End-User Runtimes, é um pacote redistribuível voltado para as edições anteriores do Windows, como pode observar em: DirectX End-User Runtimes nos Requisitos do Sistema, o "mais recente" Windows mencionado seria o Windows XP, atualmente não é necessário pois é embutido junto as versões recentes do DirectX.
8 de jan. de 2017 · Pesquisando pelo erro, vi que instalando esse (Instalador da Web do Directx End-User Runtime) encontrado em Download Center no site da Microsoft, pode corrigir o erro, mas nos Requisitos de Sistema, não está o Windows 8.1, o sistema operacional que eu utilizo. Posso baixar mesmo assim ? tenho o Directx 11 instalado. Grato!

Go to Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features On or Off. Scroll down the list and tick the box next to Legacy Components & Direct Play.
29 de dez. de 2015 · Não consigo instalar o DirectX End-User Runtimes (erro interno de sistema) Já tentei várias e várias vezes abrir o setup e intalar, já tentei baixar o Web Installer, Já tentei uma verificação no sistema e nenhum arquivo com problema foi achado, já baixei versões antigas e versões novas que parecem não fazer diferença afinal todas dão no mesmo erro:

12 de dez. de 2022 · I try to launch stray, that i bought on steam, but when I launch it, the launch fails stating "the following componennts needs to be installed to run this program : directX runtime". However, when I run dxdiag it says that directX 12 is installed, and I can run Cyberpunk 2077 without problem. I have all my drivers up to date, and I'm on windows 11.
A questão é simples: Tentei atualizar o DirectX para a versão 12 com o DirectX End-User Runtime Web e o resultado foi negativo com a seguinte mensagem em uma caixa de diálogo: Erro interno de sistema.
