Every last one of my DHL packages switched to this today too. I went to use a third party tracking, and it said it was unable to pull due to DHL experiencing technical issues. So I would assume there is just some kind of issue going on in the background. My package also is in this state "102".
27 de set. de 2022 · Shipping is by DHL. Got hit with an email today about paying a $380 import tax. And failure to do so within 5 days results in the products being returned back to sender. Thing is, the expected delivery date is well within 5 days. (ETA currently this Thursday 2 days from now). Tracking says the package is already in the states and past customs.
