Cynthia Spencer, Countess Spencer (* 16. August 1897 als Lady Cynthia Elinor Beatrix Hamilton; † 4. Dezember 1972 in Althorp) war eine britische Adlige. Sie war die Großmutter väterlicherseits von Lady Diana Spencer, Princess of Wales.
Edward John Spencer, 8. hrabě Spencer (24. ledna 1924 – 29. března 1992), dědic hraběcího titulu po otci a otec princezny Diany.
